Service Description

Our full-body TRX, athletic movements, and core class is designed to complement our Small Group Training programs, providing an excellent workout for individuals at any fitness level. TRX focuses on core strength and stability. The straps help you control your own body weight, making it a safe workout for beginners while offering options to elevate the intensity of certain exercises for more advanced participants. In our TRX classes, we incorporate optional athletic movements such as ladders, ball slams, battle ropes, and more. We also include accessory work targeting the glutes, core, and arms to enhance overall fitness. TRX would also be considered a form of metabolic conditioning by moving from one exercise to another and learning to get a little comfortable with feeling uncomfortable In a sense. We truly encourage everyone to listen to their bodies, don't be afraid to start slow bc you have a lifetime to build.


Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

Any cancelled booking needs to be made 24hrs before the start time of a class or workout. After this 24 hour limit is passed, the session will be counted as a booked session on the member's booking allowance for their membership. Each Membership tier allows for a specific number of bookings per week. If this number is not reached within a given week, there is no carry over to the next week.
