This program runs for the full summer (June 9 – July 30). Athletes attend consistent training days each week.
Fill out the form below and we’ll place your athlete in the best training group based on age, experience, and availability.
We understand schedules can change during the summer. Occasional adjustments can be accommodated when possible while maintaining consistent training.
*If you register for the Mon/Wed please select either Mon/Wed for Speed Lab days
*if Tues/Thurs please select either Tues/Thurs for Speed Lab days.
Speed Lab days will be confirmed based on training schedule and availability
