
Our Speed/Agility program is for boys and girls ages 8-12. We will have 2 separate groups running this Spring - 12 spots for the Monday group, and 12 spots for the Thursday group. There will also be an option if you would like to register your athlete for both days.
This program focuses on fast and slow twitch muscle recruitment and strengthening to improve an athlete's movements, reaction time, and explosive power. The skills we train in this program improve overall athleticism and translate to any sport. These are the skills that aren't practiced in specific sport practices. These skills will improve your athlete's ability to play their specific sport.
